Seth Godin: Tribes need leadership
Tribes are about faith, about an idea, a belief in to a community. They are grounded on respect for its members. People tend to build tribes on their own. We want change, the thrill of the new. We need to belong. All that's missing is leadership.
What's best, with the help of new ideas -and lately- social media, everyone can now be a leader. However, no matter how important social media are, they are just tools to work with. Tribes are all about people. Make it easy and we will join.
Still, we are stuck following old rules and fighting change. We are affraid we will get into trouble.

Tribes was a fantastic read!I have downloaded this book at torrent search engine It has proved to be one of the books I highly recommend to others. It explains marketing well for those that are less familiar with the underlying thoughts that drive buyers' needs. It helps people understand you have to be remarkable to be memorable, dare to stand out from the crowd, be unique - it's all in the message.
