Our iceberg is melting

We will orientate to the creation of a new style of leadership via an interactive learning show. “Our iceberg is melting” is a story that follows the steps of “Leading Change” by John Kotter. It’s a many-sided experience that takes the viewer through what change is really about with an entertaining way. It is designed for all senses with music, dance and interaction. Workshops and dialogue groups that set the pace for the story let us dig deeper into the leading -and practices- of change.

Orientoidumme uuden johtamistyylin synnyttämiseen osallistavan learning shown kautta. ”Jäävuoremme sulaa” learning show kertoo John Kotterin muutosjohtamisen tarinan. Se on monipuolinen elämys, joka avaa katsojalleen muutosprosessin askeleet viihdyttävällä ja osallistavalla tavalla. Jäävuoremme sulaa on kaikkien aistien kokemus, hyödyntäen musiikkia, tanssia ja vuorovaikutusta. Muutostarinaa rytmittävissä dialogi- ja tiimityöosuuksissa pääsemme pureutumaan syvemmälle muutosjohtamiseen, ja sen käytänteisiin.
